Welcome to Trade Hub Network. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, consultation process, project coordination services, construction support, design coordination, permitting assistance, and related services.

By using our website or working with Trade Hub Network, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or request services through Trade Hub Network.

Trade Hub Network connects clients with construction professionals, suppliers, designers, project managers, and related partners. Services may include consultation, estimating, pre-construction support, permitting coordination, build-out planning, renovation coordination, and project management.

Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and responsibilities will be described in a written proposal, estimate, work authorization, or project agreement.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely approvals, access to the project site, requested documentation, payment, and any other materials reasonably needed to evaluate or complete the project.

Delays caused by missing information, site restrictions, third-party approvals, changes in scope, or late payments may affect schedules and pricing.

Pricing may be provided as an estimate, proposal, or fixed scope agreement depending on the project. Taxes, permit fees, inspection fees, material changes, design changes, and third-party charges may be billed separately unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payment terms will be stated in the applicable project agreement. Cancellations, deposits, and refunds are handled according to the written terms for the specific project.

Any change to scope, materials, schedule, site conditions, drawings, permits, or customer requirements may require a written change order or revised estimate.

Trade Hub Network is not responsible for delays caused by weather, inspections, permitting authorities, suppliers, subcontractors, hidden conditions, force majeure events, or customer-side decisions.

Trade Hub Network performs services with reasonable care and professional diligence. Any project-specific warranties must be stated in writing in the applicable agreement.

Except as expressly stated in writing, the website and general information provided by Trade Hub Network are offered as-is and should not be treated as architectural, engineering, legal, or financial advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade Hub Network will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from website use, project delays, third-party services, or reliance on general information.

Any liability related to a paid project will be limited by the terms of the written project agreement.

All website content, branding, copy, graphics, designs, layouts, and materials owned or licensed by Trade Hub Network remain the property of Trade Hub Network or its licensors.

Project drawings, renderings, specifications, and documents may be subject to separate ownership and licensing terms stated in the applicable agreement.

Trade Hub Network may assist with permit coordination and compliance planning, but final approval depends on local authorities, inspectors, governing agencies, and applicable codes.

Customers remain responsible for disclosing known site conditions, restrictions, association requirements, landlord requirements, and any information that may affect permitting or construction.

These terms remain effective while you use the website or receive services from Trade Hub Network. Either party may terminate a project relationship according to the written agreement governing that project.

Obligations related to payment, ownership, confidentiality, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination where applicable.

Maintenance, post-completion support, monitoring, and ongoing services are provided only when included in a written agreement. Any additional service requests may require a separate estimate or agreement.

Customers must provide reasonable site access and disclose known hazards. Project participants are expected to follow applicable safety requirements, insurance obligations, and site rules.

Insurance, licensing, and trade-specific obligations for third-party professionals are governed by applicable law and the relevant project documentation.

Trade Hub Network is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, labor disruptions, supply shortages, utility interruptions, emergencies, government action, or permitting delays.

Trade Hub Network may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates become effective when posted on this page unless a different effective date is stated.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Trade Hub Network's business location, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes should first be addressed through good-faith communication between the parties.

Project-specific dispute procedures, venue, arbitration, mediation, or attorney-fee provisions may be stated in the applicable written agreement.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

These terms, together with any project proposal, estimate, work authorization, contract, or written agreement, form the applicable agreement between you and Trade Hub Network.

If a project-specific written agreement conflicts with these website terms, the project-specific agreement controls for that project.
